Celebrate Your Independence!

The Town of Port Royal will host a July 4th Celebration with food, drinks and fireworks at the Sands in Port Royal beginning at 5pm, Friday, July 4th.

The Historic Port Royal Foundation will be selling beer, sodas, hotdogs and nachos. There will be a fireworks display at dusk. No pets or coolers are allowed at the Sands, however, coolers will be allowed if it is needed for infant child care.
The Sands boat ramp will be closed to all boat and vehicle traffic on Friday, July 4. Sands Beach Road at London Avenue will be closed to traffic all day. After the fireworks all traffic should exit via Paris Avenue at the traffic light. Parking on bridges will not be allowed.
